Call for Partners Life-Path 2011-2012
The Life-Path™ project is a training course for youth workers from NGOs
active in youth projects. The target group is formed of 15 youth
workers from 5 NGOs from 5 countries. The course duration is 9 days
excluding travel days. Eligible countries: EU member states and South East-Europe countries.Life-Path Training Course, Raffles Viet Nam
After weeks of
preparation, the Life-Path course has finally been released in the
wild. The Pilot Course in Viet Nam has been hosted by Raffles
International, and met a wonderfull audience of 16 staff of the Raffles
Ha Noi. The course lasted for one week and received excellent feed back
from the participants.

What is Personal Development?
Personal development is a process of individual self-development and the development of others. At the level of the individual, personal development includes goals, plans or actions oriented towards one or more of the following aims: improving, self -awareness and self-knowledge, building or renewing identity, developing strengths or talents, identifying or improving potential, building employability or human capital, enhancing lifestyle or the quality of life, fulfilling aspirations, defining and executing personal development plans.
This can be achieved through training, coaching or self-management.
What is Non-Formal Education?
Any organised educational activity outside the established formal system that is intended to serve a clear target group andghas clear learning objectives.
Trainings are used in formal education and non-formal education alike. Trainings are also a key part of life-long learning.
What is Project Management
Project management is the the management field of planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.
All projects follow a cycle of plan -> do -> act -> evaluate -> improve ->.
